Original answer
Hiring hourly contractors has a lot of benefits compare to hiring employees, though there are some limitations but the hourly contractors are the best and these are my reasons;
There is high financial savings; you will save money. Taking employees, involves a number of expenses; payments and contributions on behalf of your employees, Social Security and Medicare taxes, compensation insurance. All together, these payments can easily increase your payroll costs by 19% to 25% or more.
There is flexibility in staffing projects; Working with hourly contractors allows employers to hire and let go of workers with ease, which is good for employers with fluctuating workloads. You can hire an hourly contractor for a specific task or project, knowing that you will be done with the worker when job is finished. You won't have to face the expense and potential legal trouble that often accompany firings and layoffs.
There is greater efficiency; because most hourly contractors bring specialized expertise to the job, they can usually be productive immediately, which eliminates the time and cost of training.
There is reduction exposure to lawsuits; employees have a wide array of rights under state and federal law. Because hourly contractors are considered independent business people, they are not protected by many of these laws.
I hereby conclude by opposing that the hourly contractors are expensive, instead l applause the hourly contractors as they are more cheap, efficient and reliable.
