The practice of self-examination is increasingly being used as an element of the strategic thinking process. The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award application is essentially a self-examination process performed on an organizational level. The agencies that provide accreditation for Post University and Its Malcolm Baldrige school of Business use self-studies as the base of their accreditation process. The following is an example of the type of study that was performed in our recent accreditation efforts.
