According to Nickols and Ledgerwood (year?), the Goals Grid has proven to be beneficial to the strategic planning process and can be used as an alternative to a SWOT analysis. The EERCERRC, eliminate-reduce-raise-create grid provides four immediate benefits to companies (Kim & Mauborgne, 2015) This tool is flexible and can be utilized for strategic and long-range planning. It has a visible format that can be easily referred to and follows a logical progression of thought when it comes to goal development and decision making (2006). I am going to discuss the ERRC grid from the previous module, evaluate the two most important goals, create objectives to achieve them and discuss the steps I will take to meet them.
The ERRC Grid
I am including the ERRC grid created in the previous module. The grid was developed to assist in achieving my vision of opening a cozy bakery shop that seeks to offer bakery products to customers such as wedding cakes, graduation cakes, and other bakery products.

The two goals from my ERRC grid I found most important to me achieving my vision are:
1. Increased technology integration
2. Create a strong brand image.
These two goals align with the company’s vision in that it ensures production of high-quality products and services to customers while creating a strong brand image. For this assignment, I will replace the second goal with one that is easier to breakdown into smaller objectives and discuss it while providing an objective outline for achieving both goals.
Goal Setting Plan
The Goals Grid is a simple, flexible tool that can be applied in several ways. According to Nickols and Ledgerwood (2006) it is used to develop a refined set of strategic objectives relative to my values and priorities. The two goals that I am going to refine into objectives are:
1. Increased technology integration
2. Network with others working toward similar goals.
Next, I am going to outline and discuss the resources, methods of measurements and target dates needed for each objective.

Evaluation of Objectives
Increased technology integration
Integration technology improves efficiency and effectiveness in overall business operations. The bakery business’ (apostrophe needed) main objective is to ensure integration of technology in all aspects of the business. Integration ranges from computers, mobilesmobile applications, and network communication systems to point of sale systems and database management systems. Integration of technology into the business will allow proper organization and sharing of business data across departments drastically saving energy and time needed to look up and verify information. Furthermore, synchronization of systems and sharing a single database means that there is no longer a neededneed to reenter data manually every time thus minimizing the window for error and increasing productivity.
The first objective of technology integration is to increase profits by 10 percent by cutting production costs by 10 percent. Technology systems reduces operational costs through automation of systems thus saving on human labor cost. For instance, implementation of virtual chat bots to respond to customer queries and guide customers on how to navigate through our website and make orders, would reduce the need to have a human labor to do the work, which would cost the company money for wages.
The second objective of integrating technology into the business is to ensure effective and real time management of customer information, business information, marketing information and employees’ information.
I’ll stop editing here. Your paper is good. Just needs a bit more work and some editing for proper grammar, punctuation and sentence structure. Resubmit when it is complete.
Network with others working toward similar goals
Networking is very important in business. Considering that my business is a startup, there will be needed to network and consult people who have been in the industry for long. Also, this would include benchmarking from companies that are in the same industry as well as conduct in-depth research about the industry. A major objective for networking with others would be to gather substantial information related to the bakery industry. This will also entail career training and development from time to time to ensure employees are equipped with the current knowledge and skills needed in business. Networking can provide access to information and people which can help us acquire the necessary competencies to define my brand.
Another networking tool that can be used is to my advantage is to establish a social media presence. It is a way to gain access to leaders in the baking arena, stay up to date with the latest ideas and trends and to define my brand (Walden University, 2021).
Conclusion
Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create (ERRC) grid is a tool that can be used for better understanding goal setting and aid in visual demonstration of how to achieve long term success (Kim, 2005). The grid has helped us to better understand what my vision is and how to support my goals to achieve success. I have discussed two of the most important goals, technology integration and networking and set some objectives to achieve them. These two objectives will not fully achieve my vision however it my initial goals will become more attainable.

Due Process During Trial Sentencing
This final paper will build on your analysis in the previous papers. You should integrate your analysis in both of these papers into your Final Paper (do not simply copy and paste, but rather make sure it is a cohesive document).
· Build upon your analysis by critically analyzing the due process rights that are afforded to a defendant during trial and sentencing, including explaining the importance of each of these due process rights, which constitutional amendment guarantees each right, and steps we as criminal justice professionals can take to ensure these rights are upheld.
· Analyze how due process might change in "times of crisis?"
· Conclude your paper by critically analyzing what can happen if due process rights at any stage are violated. What recourse might a defendant have?
Your paper should meet the following requirements:
· 7-9 pages in length (not including title or reference pages), double spaced, and include a minimum of six peer-reviewed, and scholarly journal articles
