You own a HR consulting firm. You have been asked to prepare a hiring plan for the Top Management Team of a successful Fortune 500 company offering a large selection of services that you can offer their organization. You will need to use your best marketing and sales techniques to entice this client to select your firm as their primary human resources consultant.

Pick one of the following Management Positions:

Research the position you choose to find measurable and specific job duties/ responsibilities for the management position. Once you have the information you need on your management position, you will complete the following tasks:

Use Microsoft Office to complete this task, and please use professional formatting to make this a quality document for your presentation samples. You may also find information in the text from the chapter on Job Analysis.

External & Internal Recruitment Ads: Using the guidelines from the chapter on Personnel Planning and Recruiting, develop an effective newspaper advertisement (external job posting) to recruit qualified candidates for the position you have chosen. Also, you should develop an internal job posting (for those already working for the company) for the position.  Be sure to use the AIDA guidelines for successful advertising .

Structured Interview Questions: Please write a minimum of 10 sample interview questions specifically for the position that you have chosen for this project.
